I have a roll of canvas, boxes of stretcher bars, some nice pre-constructed canvases with aluminum stretcher bars, gallons of acrylic and warm weather so the paint dries and I am going to concentrate on painting now and all summer.
I will probably stop in from time to time to see what conversations I am missing out on. But you can all do without me---this is a self-running group anyway...Private message me if you need to...Have a good spring and summer...

Hi Everyone, I know haven't been around for awhile but the business side that supports the b-uncut network has been keeping me incredibly busy. Interestingly, the two sides seem to be converging a bit. A children's author has found an illustrator for their book amongst the artists/designers here and Ministry of Sound, a big London Music Label (club music) is finding artists to do original album covers. But more exciting is the request we got last night. OMD which is a huge media agency,140 international offices wants original art for their offices. They are looking for artists, not in major museums, independant, no major gallery, etc. There is no set budget. Its a really interesting request and great opportunity.
