I would love to check out John Lennon's Wall. I had not heard of it. I know what you mean about the 'here, but not here', and you have no idea how happy I am that you feel that!

Comment by Marilyn Di Summa on May 27, 2011 at 11:41am: If you ever go to Prague, check out John Lennon's Wall - I think you can look it up on line as well. The graffiti on this wall is caked on and the whole wall is dedicated to the notion of freedom. Have you ever had a showing of your work? It really is beautiful, your sense of colour is sophisticated and I love that your images look more like memories and have this 'here, but not here' feel about them, almost like something that used to exist but now there's this transparent, layered ghosts of their presence. I want to learn to do that eventually.
